<p>स्वस्थ अन्तर्सम्बन्ध र प्रभावकारी नेतृत्व कसरी गर्ने भन्ने विषयमा यो पुस्तक केन्द्रित छ । यो पुस्तक मनोविज्ञानका सिद्धान्तहरु एवम् नेपालमा गरिएको अनुसन्धानको नतिजामा आधारित छ । विभिन्न संकायमा बी. ए. अनि एम. ए. स्तरमा अध्ययन गर्ने ७५६ जना विद्यार्थीहरु (पुरुष ३७१, महिला ३८५ ) बाट लिडरसिप सर्वेक्षण गरिएको थियो (२०१४-२०१६)&nbsp; । यस अनुसन्धानबाट प्राप्त उत्तरलाई विश्लेषण गरी उक्त नतिजामा आधारित भएर यो पुस्तक तयार पारिएको छ ।&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<p>This book is about developing the capacity to identify, understand, and express our feelings in a way that enhances self-awareness as well as empathy. Instead of pointing out what's wrong with others, learning a constructive way of expressing how we are feeling and what we are needing can help us cultivate meaningful relationships. My Emotions Matter is a values-based education initiative in Kathmandu, Nepal that creates self-reflective learning experiences to help individuals, schools, and organizations identity, understand and resolve interpersonal relationship problems via Emotional Intelligence.</p>
